Strategy service
Marketing strategy — a written plan for where the budget goes
Testing channels one by one is the expensive way. We look at your numbers, competitors and audience, and write down which channel to start with, with what message and what budget — with a week-by-week timeline.
- Competitor and audience analysis
- Media plan
- Execution timeline
- Live presentation
What is a marketing strategy and why do you need one?
A marketing strategy is a written plan of who a business will sell to, with what, through which channels and with what budget. Without a strategy, it goes like this: Instagram ads this month, Google next month, then a blogger — each tried a little, none taken to the end, and nobody knows what each one delivered.
A good strategy answers three questions. Who are we selling to — what the buyer looks for, what they worry about, how they decide. How are we different from competitors — a clear advantage that can be said in one sentence. Which channels and in what order — where the budget goes, how much, and what result is expected.
We research competitors’ ads from open sources, not guesses. The Meta Ad Library shows the ads currently running on Instagram and Facebook, and the Google Ads Transparency Center shows the companies advertising on Google and their ads. We check demand with Google’s Keyword Planner: are people searching for your product at all?
A strategy isn’t written to sit on a shelf. The last section of the document is always the execution timeline: who does what, and when. You can carry it out yourself, with your own team or with us.
Who is a marketing strategy right for?
Businesses with channel chaos
You work in several channels in parallel, but it’s unclear what each delivers and the budget is scattered.
A new product or market
You’re launching a new product or entering a new market and don’t know which channel to start with.
Teams without a direction
You have an in-house marketing team but no overall plan. Or you’re changing agencies and need a clear brief.
Who it’s not for
If you need sales this month, the budget is very small, or there’s nobody to carry out the plan, a strategy isn’t the right choice. In that case a small test campaign is more useful — and we say so openly.

What’s in the strategy document?
At the end you have a written document that any team can carry out.
| Section | What’s written | What it helps with |
|---|---|---|
| Current state | Spend, leads, sales and channel shares | Seeing in numbers where we’re starting from |
| Audience | Buyer profiles, needs, objections | Writing ads for the right person in the right language |
| Competitors | Offers, prices, ads, weak points | Finding the space that’s been left open |
| Positioning | A one-sentence difference and key messages | One clear voice across every channel |
| Channels and media plan | Channel order and budget by month | Not scattering the money; setting priorities |
| Measurement and timeline | KPIs, reporting, weekly tasks | Keeping the plan off the shelf |
We work even without data: in that case the document relies more on market, demand and competitor research.

What does the price of a marketing strategy depend on?
One-off project
The strategy document takes about 2 weeks and is paid once. Execution isn’t required — any team can carry out the document.
About 2 weeks
Strategy + execution
If you want to carry out the plan with us, ads, SEO and other services continue monthly after the strategy.
What affects the price
- The number of products and services
- The number of markets: Azerbaijan or foreign markets
- The volume and state of existing data
- The number of planned channels
We send the exact price in a written proposal after the kick-off meeting.
Frequently asked questions
Do you carry out the plan yourselves?
Execution is a separate service and isn’t required. The document is written so any team can carry it out. If you want, you can continue ads, SEO and website work with us.
What information will you need?
View access to ad accounts, GA4 access, sales numbers and, if possible, a customer list. We work even without data — the document just relies more on market and competitor research.
How deep is the competitor analysis?
We look at main competitors’ active ads (Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center), websites, prices and offers, and social media activity. Their internal numbers — sales, budgets — can’t be obtained.
How long is a strategy valid?
The media plan is usually written for the coming months and should be updated based on results. The positioning and audience sections last longer.
Does a small business need a strategy too?
On a small budget you don’t need a long document but a clear priority: one channel, one message, one product. In those cases we make the strategy shorter and more specific, or suggest a test campaign straight away.
Does a strategy guarantee sales?
No. A strategy is for wasting less money and making decisions based on numbers. Results also depend on execution, the product and the price.
