CRM service

CRM system development — customers, sales and teamwork in one panel

When leads sit in WhatsApp, stock levels in Excel and tasks in someone’s memory, customers get lost. We build a CRM system for your business: every lead, order and payment in one place, and it’s clear who is doing what.

  • Ready-made for 10 industries
  • Shaped around how you work
  • On desktop and phone
  • Training and support included

What is a CRM system and why do you need one?

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a system for managing customer relationships. Put simply, it’s a shared panel where everything about a customer is recorded: who got in touch, which manager replied, what was offered, what stage the sale is at, whether it’s been paid — all on one screen.

In a business without a CRM, information lives in people’s heads. When a manager leaves, the customer list leaves with them; nobody sees the lead that never got a call back; and the manager finds out how much was sold at the end of the month by merging spreadsheets. A CRM moves this into a system: tasks are reminded on time and reports are prepared automatically.

Today “CRM” doesn’t only mean sales. The same logic manages stock, HR, students and payments, service orders, loans and pawn agreements. That’s why we build the CRM around your industry: the sections a clinic needs are different from what a pawnshop needs.

A CRM works even better with advertising: leads from Meta, Google and your website forms land in the system automatically, and you can see which ad brought the sale.

Analytics and tracking

Who is a CRM system right for?

01

Businesses with a sales team

Leads from ads, the website and calls land in one list. None go unanswered, and every manager’s results are visible.

02

Businesses with stock, servicing or orders

Stock levels, orders, and the work of technicians and drivers are tracked in one system instead of Excel sheets.

03

Businesses with a specific way of working

Pawnshops, banks, education centres, construction. If off-the-shelf foreign software doesn’t fit, we build the system around your process.

Who it’s not for

If you work with a few customers a month and one person handles everything, a separate CRM is premature — a simple spreadsheet is enough. A CRM pays off as your team and customer flow grow.

What’s included in the CRM service?

We do everything from analysing your processes to training your team. All we need from you is an explanation of how you work and your existing data.

  1. 01

    Process analysis

Together we write down how work happens now, who does what and where things get lost.

  2. 02

    Module plan and mock-up

The sections, main screens and reports you need are agreed with you.

  3. 03

    A system for your industry

Customers, sales stages, orders, payments — only what you need.

  4. 04

    Roles and permissions

Managers, accountants and leadership each see and edit only their own section.

  5. 05

    Reports and filters

Sales, manager results, payments, stock — in one click.

  6. 06

    Website and ad integration

Leads from website forms and Meta and Google ads land in the system automatically.

  7. 07

    Migration from Excel

Your existing customer, product and payment sheets are moved into the system and checked.

  8. 08

    Training and support

Team training, server and domain set up in your name, and support after handover.

Not included

  • Server and domain costs (bought in your name)
  • Replacing official accounting software
  • New modules not agreed in advance
  • Manual data entry

How a CRM system is built

  1. 1
    Step 1

    Process analysis

We learn how your work flows: where leads come from, who replies, how sales and payments are recorded.

  2. 2
    Step 2

    Mock-up and approval

We show the main screens. Sections, roles and reports are agreed with you.

  3. 3
    Step 3

    Build and migration

The system is built, data from Excel is migrated and we check it together.

  4. 4
    Step 4

    Training and handover

Your team learns to work in the system. We support questions and fixes in the first weeks.

What does the price of a CRM system depend on?

Based on a ready-made solution

If we have a ready system for your industry, we adapt it to how you work. This is the fastest and most cost-effective route.

Ready for 10 industries

Custom system

If there’s no ready solution or your process is very different, we build the system from scratch with only the sections you need.

Any industry

Server and support

The system runs on a server bought in your name. Server costs are paid separately; support after handover and new modules are by agreement.

Your data stays with you

What affects the price

  • The number of sections (modules)
  • The complexity of user roles and permissions
  • Integrations with the website, ads and other systems
  • The volume of data to migrate

We send the exact amount in a written proposal after the process analysis.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from buying off-the-shelf CRM software?

With off-the-shelf software you adapt your process to the software and pay for sections you don’t use. With us it’s the other way round: the system is adapted to your process, there are no unnecessary sections, and the interface can be in Azerbaijani.

How much does a CRM system cost?

It depends on the number of sections, roles, integrations and the volume of data to migrate. In industries where we have a ready solution the price is lower, because we don’t start from scratch. We send the exact amount in writing after the process analysis.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The system opens in the browser and works comfortably on a phone. No separate app needs to be installed.

Will I lose my data in Excel?

No. We migrate your existing sheets into the system and check them together before handover.

Can leads from ads land in the CRM automatically?

Yes. We connect leads from website forms and Meta and Google ads to the system. That way you can see which ad brings real sales.

Where is the data stored?

With you. The server and domain are bought in your name and all the system’s data belongs to you. Each employee only sees the sections they’re allowed to.

What if there’s no ready solution for my industry?

We build the system from scratch. First we analyse your process, then build only the sections you need.
