LinkedIn Ads management — B2B advertising that reaches decision-makers
On Instagram you choose people by interests; on LinkedIn, by job title, company and industry. We build LinkedIn ads for selling to companies, quality B2B leads and recruitment — from targeting to Insight Tag measurement and lead forms.
- Free audit
- Job title and company targeting
- Lead Gen Form
- Account in your name
What is LinkedIn Ads and how does it work?
LinkedIn Ads is LinkedIn’s advertising platform; ads are managed in Campaign Manager. Your ad can appear in the LinkedIn feed, in messages and in the right rail. The key difference is targeting: you can choose people by the professional data in their profiles — job title, seniority, company, industry, company size, skills.
Every campaign has an objective. LinkedIn has seven: Brand awareness, Engagement, Video views, Website visits, Lead generation, Website conversions and Job applicants. For B2B sales we mostly work with the Lead generation and Website conversions objectives.
To measure results, the LinkedIn Insight Tag is placed on your website. According to LinkedIn, this code lets you track conversions, build remarketing audiences from website visitors and get detailed reporting. Lead Gen Forms collect leads inside LinkedIn: name, job title and company are filled in automatically from the profile.
A click on LinkedIn is usually more expensive than on Meta and Google. But in B2B, one lead from a finance director or business owner is worth more than hundreds of random clicks. That’s why we measure results by the cost of a quality lead, not by the cost per click.
Who are LinkedIn ads right for?
B2B services and products
Software, consulting, logistics, equipment, corporate training. Any business whose buyer is a company.
Finance, banking and insurance
Business loans, corporate cards, insurance. Offers aimed at business owners and finance directors.
Recruitment and employer branding
Showing vacancies to specialists with the right experience and presenting the company as a place people want to work.
Who it’s not for
If you sell everyday consumer products (clothing, food, cosmetics), LinkedIn will be an expensive and narrow channel. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads suit such products better.

LinkedIn ad objectives: which do we choose?
The objective tells LinkedIn who to show the ad to and what you pay for.
| Objective | What it’s for | When we choose it |
|---|---|---|
| Brand awareness | Showing the ad to as many people in the target audience as possible | A new service, market entry, an event announcement |
| Engagement | Interactions with posts and followers for the company page | When the company page is weak and recognition is needed |
| Video views | Getting the video watched | If there’s a ready video explaining the product |
| Website visits | Sending people to the website | Promoting an article, guide or landing page |
| Lead generation | Collecting leads through a form inside LinkedIn | B2B sales: our main choice |
| Website conversions | Leads or sign-ups on the website | The Insight Tag is set up and conversions are measured |
| Job applicants | Applications to a vacancy | Recruitment campaigns |
Every filter shrinks the audience. LinkedIn requires at least 300 members for an ad to serve and recommends 50,000 or more for results. In Azerbaijan, narrow job-title targeting quickly drops below this threshold, so we combine filters carefully.
How we work
- 1Week 1
Audit and ideal customer
We write down who you sell to by job title, industry and company size, and check your company page and existing measurement.
- 2Week 2
Measurement and audiences
The Insight Tag is installed, conversions are defined and target audiences are prepared.
- 3Week 3
Campaign launch
Ad copy and the Lead Gen Form are prepared and the campaign goes live.
- 4Ongoing
Quality and optimisation
We look at who the leads come from, remove unsuitable job titles and industries, and move budget to the ads that perform.
What does the cost of LinkedIn advertising depend on?
Ad budget
Paid directly from your card to LinkedIn. You set a daily budget. On days with good opportunities LinkedIn may spend up to 150% of the daily budget, and less on other days.
$20 a day → up to $30 on some days
Service fee
This is the fee for our work and it’s separate from the ad budget. It depends on the number of campaigns and the scope of work. We send the exact amount in writing after the free audit.
What affects results the most
- The size and precision of the target audience
- How specific the offer is: a message written for the job title
- The number of questions in the Lead Gen Form
- The state and credibility of the company page
Our LinkedIn advertising work
All workFrequently asked questions
Why is LinkedIn advertising more expensive than Meta?
Because the audience is selected by professional data (job title, company, industry) and the competition is among B2B companies. Compare by the cost of a quality lead and a closed deal, not by the cost per click.
Does LinkedIn advertising work in Azerbaijan?
In B2B, finance, IT and recruitment — yes. The audience is smaller than on Meta, so we combine filters carefully and write the message for a specific job title.
What is a Lead Gen Form?
It’s LinkedIn’s built-in lead form. The user’s name, job title and company are filled in automatically from their profile, and there’s no need to go to a website. That makes it easier to submit a lead.
Can I show ads to employees of specific companies?
Yes. You can upload a list of companies and show the ad only to people working there — and, if you want, only to certain job titles. But the audience must be at least 300 members.
My company page is weak. Can I start advertising?
You can, but people who see the ad often look at the company page too. So we recommend first getting the page’s main information, logo and recent posts in order.
What’s the minimum budget?
We calculate a realistic budget for your industry and audience in the audit. When the audience is narrow and competition is high, the budget is higher too.
Whose name is the account in?
Yours. The ad account is opened in your name, payments go directly from your card, and we are added as managers. When we stop working together, the account and all the data stay with you.
