Analytics service
Analytics and tracking — see which ad every lead came from
We bring Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API into one system. As a result you can see which ad, which channel and which page brings leads and sales — and the budget is split by numbers, not guesses.
- GA4 and GTM setup
- Meta Pixel + Conversions API
- WhatsApp and calls measured
- Dashboard included
What are analytics and tracking, and why do they matter?
Tracking is measuring the important actions on a website: form submissions, clicks on the WhatsApp and call buttons, adding a product to the cart, purchases. Analytics is reading that data and turning it into decisions. If the measurement is wrong, everything else — budget, creative, optimisation — becomes guesswork.
The main tool for this is Google Tag Manager. Google describes it as a system that lets you set up and manage tags without changing your website’s code. The code is added to the site once, and then GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Ads tags are managed from the panel.
In GA4, the events that matter to you are marked as key events. According to Google, key events measure the actions that matter to your business, and you can create Google Ads conversions from them — meaning the ad system learns to find the people who bring in leads. The more accurate the measurement, the better the ads work.
A small but important setting: GA4 can keep user-level data for 2 or 14 months, and this affects detailed exploration reports. We check it in every setup and choose 14 months.
Who is the analytics service right for?
Businesses whose numbers don’t match
Meta shows one number, Google another and the website a third. It’s unclear which to believe.
Businesses that sell via WhatsApp and phone
Most leads come through WhatsApp and phone, but they aren’t counted anywhere. We measure the source of every click.
Businesses that want to raise their ad budget
Before increasing the budget, you need to know which campaign actually brings leads.
Who it’s not for
If you don’t have a website and all sales happen in Instagram Direct, a GA4 and GTM setup brings limited value. In that case a simple landing page or the ad account’s own measurement is enough to start.

Which events do we measure?
Every business’s “lead” is different. We define the list of events together with you.
| Event | What it measures | Who it matters to |
|---|---|---|
| Form submission | A lead, sign-up or order form on the website | Almost every website |
| WhatsApp click | A visitor who taps the WhatsApp button and starts a chat | Businesses whose sales happen in conversation |
| Call click | A visitor who taps the phone number and calls | Services, repairs, clinics, emergency services |
| Cart and purchase | Adding a product to the cart, checkout and sale amount | Online stores |
| Business-specific event | Online booking, signing up for a trial lesson, using a calculator | Clinics, courses, service companies |
Events are sent to every system — GA4, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok — with the same name and value, so the reports can be compared.

Frequently asked questions
I don’t own the website’s code. Can you still set it up?
In most cases, yes. The Google Tag Manager code is added once, and the remaining tags are managed from the panel without touching the code. A short contact with the site’s developer is enough.
Why don’t the numbers match exactly?
Because each system counts differently: ad platforms credit their own ad for what someone does in the days after seeing or clicking it, GA4 uses its own attribution rules, and the website only sees completed orders. The goal isn’t to make the numbers identical but to keep the gap small and know what each system counts.
Does everyone need server-side tracking?
No. Browser blockers and phone restrictions lose some events, and server-side sending recovers them. If the ad budget is small, the difference often isn’t worth the cost. In that case a standard setup is enough.
Can leads from WhatsApp be measured?
Yes. Every click on the WhatsApp button is measured as a separate event, and you can see which ad and which page it came from. The conversation itself isn’t measured, but the number and source of people who start one is.
How is personal data protected?
Names, phone numbers and emails are never sent to ad platforms in plain form — only hashed. When needed, a cookie consent banner is also added to the site.
Will my existing GA4 account be deleted?
No. We audit first: which events work correctly, which are duplicated, which are empty. Old data is kept; only wrong and duplicate tags are stopped.
